  1. I hold the right to reject a commission for any reason.

  2. I hold the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. Full refunds provided in such an event.

  3. I hold the right to post my work of the commission online, unless a private commission is purchased.

  4. If the commission is accepted, client will be placed on a waitlist. When they reach the top of the list, first payment must be made or the commission will be canceled. If the client relays a delay of payment beforehand, they can opt to be placed further down the waitlist or cancel the commission.

  5. Payments only accepted in USD. Methods of payment are Ko-fi, PayPal, Venmo, and Artistree.

  6. If the commission is canceled by the client, full refunds are only given in the sketching phase of the commission. If it is past the sketching phase, no refunds are given.

  7. All commissions are to be paid in 50% of the total determined price before any work begins. Upon payment of the latter 50%, the full-resolution image will be delivered.

  8. Provide at least one (1) detailed reference image in the commission details. Do not only send descriptive text, or the commission will be rejected. If your reference images are NSFW, please spoiler/hide them if we are communicating in Twitter or Discord.

  9. All characters in accepted NSFW commissions will be depicted as 18+.

  10. Major edits are free only in the sketching phase of the commission, afterwards each major edit costs an additional $10 each. So please be thorough as early as possible.

  11. Private commissions mean only the client will receive the final artwork, and will not be posted online by me.

  12. Full commercial rights commissions mean the client may post the artwork online for use in their own promotional, merchandising, or creative work. Credit to the artist must always be given.

  13. Use of my art for AI training in any form is strictly PROHIBITED.
